Gross National Income per Capita at Purchasing Power Parity

GNI per capita based on purchasing power parity (PPP) in international dollars. An international dollar would buy in the cited country a comparable amount of goods and services that a U.S. dollar would buy in the United States. This term is often used in conjunction with PPP data.

Gross National Income per capita at purchasing power parity. Dark green regions (over 40,000 dollars), including the U S, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe. Light green regions (under 10,000 dollars), seen in much of Africa and parts of Asia (India).
